This is my first battery replacement for my Asus Laptop model K53E. It has been 6 months overdue though and I've had my laptop for 3.5 years. The battery was so dead, my laptop had to be plugged in in order to work. This battery lasts me about 4-5 hours on full charge. I'm not sure how long it should last in general because it's been over 3 years since I bought it. Overall it works great, I haven't had any problems and 4-5 hours is a pretty long time. I didn't think I could get away with a battery this inexpensive AND have it work properly. I'm quite pleased.

It works but sometimes my laptop complains about this battery. I end up having to remove the battery and put it back in to get it to charge and discharge properly.

Battery charges just fine initially, then status drops to "96%, not charging" and charging light alternately flashes red / green. If you unplug the laptop, it seems unaware of the battery condition and abruptly shuts down with no indication the battery has discharged.Reinstalled the old battery, I should have stuck with that.

Fit easily and works well! Just right! Probably better than the OEM battery that came with the PC.

It worked fine

Tested with software, designed capacity of this battery is only 4070mAh. If you are looking for a replacement of 5200mAh, this is totally a WRONG one.

Works as expected. Now get almost 4 hours on a charge.
