Cheap, Cheerful and Accurate
Its quite cheap in cose, but the LED like display is nice and bright and my testing with my heat pen and other themometers show this is pretty much spot on for accuracy. The leadss are short (1m for probe, 1m for USB) so you need to ensure you measure the distance as required. But it works as desgined, and does not cost the earth.

Accurate and easy to use
As an experienced fish keeper I appreciate when things just do what they should - this is a nice little temperature monitor that’s accurate and easy to read. The only downside is the usb lead as per other reviews was a little short.

Have bought a second one Very stable and good voltage range can be as low as 5v and (as I used it) at 9v

USB is perfect in my situation
Yes, this USB type thermometer is perfect for me. I use USB filters, all with a generator. Makes life easier.

Very happy with the thermometer
Very pleased with the thermometer. It is especially useful ensuring the temperature of water used to top up the aquarium is correct. It has also been used to check the temperature of the freezer and fridge. Added to that, the illumination makes it easy to read.

I'm using it over the air intake of my main PC, to monitor room temperature. It's a nice little add-on so that I know that I'm not really freezing in the winter, it just feels that way. Getting the clip off so as to read in degF was a pain, though. Not much room to reach in, and that little sucker was in there TIGHT! Edit: Bought two more, so I will have one for intake air temperature, one for room temperature, and one for outside air. In the photo, all three probes are taped together. I haven't compared them to a calibrated thermometer, but they all read very close to each other, so it's good so far.
