excellent quality rice which cooks perfectly
i've tried lots of different brands and types of rice for different things. I've seen some not so good reviews, but i can confirm, the quality of this rice is exceptional and consequently, the results are amazing. It also doesn't hold too much starch and the grains are clean. I can't rate this highly enough.

Nice and fluffy
A while back we invested in a decent rice cooker which started to highlight some of the lack of quality of the cheaper rice that we usually buy. This Tilda rice provides tasty, fluffy and loose rice everytime...the perfect accompaniment to my monster texas chilli.

Not as nice as normal basmati.. despite being easy cook I actually had trouble getting it to come out right!
