It does cover my car seat (ford focus) and it does stay in place.

Will this fit my C class 250 2014?

I’d say it will fit any car. Don’t expect it to be tailor fit though, it’s not long or wide enough to completely cover the seat in my Suzuki swift so Edge’s of the side bolsters are exposed and it’s just only long enough to cover the seat length. C class Merc seat will obviously be bigger than mine. I have a snap on cover for my drivers seat which is much better but you get what you pay for.

Will the black stain my cream seats?

No because it's sealed inside and is also water proof

Is this only for 1 seat?

I have ordered only the one for one seat. It is perfect, very good quality, washable (sponge clean I would recommend) fits perfectly.
