Q: Are the valves one way?

Yes. A proper CPR Mask has a valve that is one way. This one is.

Q: Does this require a bag to be used or can you use it directly in mouth to mouth?

This is a pocket device, so you can use it mouth-to-mouth or with a bag.

Q: Do these masks have the oxygen port

May 19, 2023: I ordered this in part because these responses confirmed that the adult mask includes the oxygen port. The mask arrived today, and DOES NOT have an oxygen port. Some training (PADI EFR and Oxygen delivery, part of the Rescue diving course) includes information on connecting oxygen to a CPR resuscitator mask like this one. In addition, the American Red Cross mask looks almost identical to this packaging, and their soft case states on the outside that it includes this ability. However, this is NOT that mask. Fortunately, I ordered a different mask at the same time, from a different manufacturer (comes in a hard case), and it does include an oxygen port.
