Perfect bathroom size - as described

It's little, it's grey, it has a cute little swing top to keep my nosy dogs and cats out of it. I use this in my office where I do not generate a lot of trash, but wanted to have something close by. It has a small footprint and is tucked neatly away. The top swings freely and seems to have a little weight in the middle to help make sure it swings back to center. Without the top on, the base feels a little flimsy but that's fine for a small trash can that won't see a lot of action. The top was taped to the base with some sort of industrial packaging tape and was not easy to remove - I have plastic 'razors' that I used to scrape the stickers, tape, and residue off and voila! A nice little trash can for my office.

How could a trash can be frustrating?The lid and the body don't fit perfectly together. So the slightest bump or movement of the can, causes the lid to pop off, and its a pain to get back on.Bottom line: It's pretty and it works, but I'll throw this one away as soon as I find a good one.

The first one that arrived, came without a lid 🤦🏻‍♀️. However Amazon kindly shipped me another one and I received it today with the lid and I love it. It's perfect for the small space in my bathroom. It's very sturdy. The lid stays in place. It's not cheaply made. Material used on this product is strong. The color is perfect and exactly what I hoped it would be. This item is definitely something i highly recommend.

I purchased the "metallic white" can - it's not sparkly or metallic - it's sort of frosty (?") looking. It's not a bright white, but a bit brighter than a soft white. It's smaller, standing about 14 to 16" tall eyeballing it. The lid is weighted in the center of the lid, so it swings and closes as you use it. I line it with the clear, smaller plastic liners and they fit nicely. It's not the highest quality bin I've ever purchased, but not the worst. I like it. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

My primary reason for only giving this product three stars is because it is a trash can with a lid and the lid that came in the Box was either the wrong lid or had been packaged so badly that it was squeezed into a different shape than it started with. No matter what I do, I can't get that lid to fit correctly much less to stay on the way it's supposed to. It has completely ruined the purpose I bought the can for which is to keep the dog out of my trash can by using a lidded can. I will get that lid to fit one day but I just was not able to do it manually. It's going to have to be pressed into the right shape and then held down somehow until it changes its shape.One other issue I felt was worth mentioning is that this trash can is very very lightweight. Most trash days after I have dump the contents into the kitchen trash to go out to the curb, I put the trash can back down on the floor and it has issues with sitting up straight and can easily topple over if there is anything obstructing its sitting place.

I really love this little trash can! It was exactly what I was looking for. It fits in small spaces really well and is a great price. I personally have not had issues with the lid like some of the reviews I read although it doesn’t feel very sturdy. This doesn’t bother me because mostly just small paper products go in there but some people may not like it. Overall I think it’s great and would recommend.

It's a trash can. If you're looking for an anniversary gift, you might want to look at something else. It's very sturdy and looks great (as great as a trash can can look I suppose) but I suppose that's subjective. If you are looking for a trash can for a bathroom or an RV this is great! I bought it for my Wife for her birthday. That, my friends, was my mistake. She loved it so much she showed me the inside of it up close. I can verify it is also very well made inside too. It's darker inside but it's not a clear can. That or I was unconscious. Either way, it's a great purchase.

Como todos los productos de Umbra tiene un excelente diseño , es un bote de basura lindo y discreto que sirve bien a su propósito. La calidad es buena (no tiene rebabas de plástico).El único contra para mi es q es difícil ponerle una bolsa dentro sin que se asome como un olan.

I read some bad reviews but decided to purchase anyway as I really wanted a black garbage can to match the fixtures in my washroom. The item came quickly and I didn't have any issue with it closing. It's a good size, and I'm happy with it.

I like its simplicity. It fits nicely in our bathroom. I was hesitant to buy this after reading that the lid comes off too easily. I decided to buy it despite of the reviews. I personally do not have a problem with the lid - I line it with a grocery bag and the lid doesn't come off unless I take out the lid. I never had an experience having the lid fall off (so far).

Perfect for bathroom garbage. I did not have the problem others described with the lid not fitting. I think it works fine.

Arrived when expected and in perfect condition. It was the perfect size and colour for the bathroom that I needed to put it in. The top comes off easy when I need to clean it.
