It’s a easy non burning mild nose spray

Good product, very mild. I use it due to a deviated septum, to help clear my nose at night so I can sleep. Works well, no burning or soreness with use. Product is fine, service from Amazon/Mr. Medical is excellent.I have one complaint about the product itself, which I would appreciate being forwarded to the manufacturer. I order a fair amount of these, because I end up throwing, literally, half of them away because they do not spray correctly, or at all. The spray bottle top is either blocked totally, blocked partially, or "pitched" to one side so it's not possible to use the spray bottle correctly and effectively. Sprays sideways at a sharp angle making it impossible to use.
