Has this caused weight gain or extreme fatigue in anyone?

I wish I had a solid answer to your question because I suffer from the same problem. Now I am also curious to know if this is a possible side effect because, while I know I suffered from this prior to taking Biotin, it does seem that I am definitely more fatigued and have gained 20 lbs since I started taking the supplement. I started taking Biotin because I've been experiencing significant hair loss but sadly it does not seem to even be helping. Note, I recently was diagnosed with anemia which could explain the fatigue...and the weight gain is a result of being tired and not exercising. Surely everyone is different...so if you are suspicious, stop taking the supplement and see if your condition improves. I feel your pain so Good luck!

Why only 8mcg's? I've seen varying amounts promoted by other venders.

The back of the label shows that 8mg equals 26,667% DV (daily value). One serving then provides 26,667% of biotin you need each day, based on a 2000 calorie diet for healthy adults.

Is this in the methylated form?
