Melted chocolates
I have ordered multiple times. Other than first time, I have only received melted chocolates and it seems like the ice packs are not properly frozen before packaging with the chocolates for maintaining temperature.Reduced 2 stars since these chocolates do not melt easily at room temperature but once they melt, no amount of freezing helps and they re-melt within seconds of taking out of the freezer.

Misrepresentation
The package shows as “Thank you” written on it but it is not written. They are the same as we get in our local stores. Also the price is same as what we get from the store. Dairy milk is a good chocolate but they should not misrepresent themselves by putting a different picture and sending another product.
