No, it does not. It comes in a little plastic bag.

Q: Where is the broche close? Top or bottom ? If on top on it opens the broche will slide off😥.

Top. I bought J, M and I. J and M came with a nice clasp that you just insert/slide the pin into. The ‘I’ came with a cheap clasp that turns to close but clasp doesn’t stay shut. Hope this helps

Q: Can this pin be used to hold eye glasses?

No .... this pin is not adequate for supporting eyeglasses. Try something a little larger and Q or O shape. I found that works better. I have a couple that works great.
