The Best!!!
I'm not only so thrilled to be able to get sauerkraut in India, but this product is exceptional, it's just the best sauerkraut in every way. It's delicious and feels healthy even just to smell it. And the taste, exceptional! And I've had a lot of sauerkraut in my life. I finished the first bottle in no time and I just received my second order. I was worried because reviews of the packaging are so bad. But I think the company must have paid attention because it was the most careful packaging I've ever gotten. Almost too much, but with such issues in the past, better safe than sorry. If you like or want to try sauerkraut, go for it! Yum yum!!!

Good taste, not too strong fermented

Exactly what they claim it is.
This is probiotic sauerkraut. They use Himalayan Pink Salt and not too much. Many commercial pickled veg products contain a lot of salt which makes them tasty but also unhealthy. This product is designed to be healthy. I am beginning to like the taste, but it is not as dynamically flavourful as you might expect. It is however very healthy and in it's own way quite tasty. I like it more and more and recommend it highly. Ingredients as per bottle: Himalayan pink salt, green and purple cabbage, dill and juniper berries with caraway.

Misleading product
This was promised as a health product but turned out anything but. Had to throw it away

Salty and tangy
Taste is awesome but it's an acquired taste for indians as it has fermentation smell too. But it's authentic as it does not go bad for long time if kept in a refrigerator. Do not freeze it. Just keep opening and mixing it after few days. Value for money. No leakage. It's slightly acidic tasting which is due to fermentation.

I buy this frequently. I have tried making cabbage sauerkraut but it was too time consuming and also I didn’t have enough weights to fully cover the cabbage in its juice. So I readily buy this. My 4 yr old absolutely loves this but my 11 yr old won’t eat it. This is an acquired taste.
