Good tool for a good price
Once properly adjusted worked great just keep it lubed and make sure it is set up properly ie: air pressure and depth settings and it should work well. Bought it here because it was a better price on amazon than the exact same one at L@#&'s and I shop there all the time.

Tool to make your $$
This thing has been used commercially for 3 years i believe. Framing, roofing you name it if i had use for it it was used. Its still a bit baby and bulky, but with this angle I've found it much easier to hang mailers between common construction studs with ease. Have oiled it regularly maybe not daily but any job its been on. I rate 4.5 is been great unit but it's heavy and bulky.

Great framing nailer!
I've been putting off buying a framing nailer for a while but I'm so glad that I finally bought one. The Metabo HPT nailer makes framing fast and easy. It's heavy but not too bad. It does get loud so I recommend wearing ear protectors (I wear a noise cancelling headphone while working and it does the job). Best part is that it can easily hold 3 strips of 25 nails with some space to spare, so I'm guessing about 80-90 nails at a time so I don't have to keep reloading like on my cordless Dewalts. I have it hooked up to a 3 gal HFT 100 psi hotdog compressor and it works fine. It shoots about 10 nails before the compressor kicks in again, which for a DIYer is plenty. Not the nailer's fault if anything, I should probably upgrade my compressor to a bigger one. From time to time it would fire so hard that it splits the edge of the 2x4 but only if the wood is dry and old. Overall I'm happy with this nailer. So much faster than using impact driver and torx screws.EDIT: Pic added. I built a huge part of our pool deck with this Metabo nailer. Zero issues, it never jammed. Sped up the work tremendously.UPDATE 6/17/24: I just finished framing an entire bathroom addition and it worked flawlessly yet again. I actually dropped it nose first from 8 ft, it hit the paver and cracked the paver, but the gun is unscathed and works fine. This thing is super durable!

Not much more than 1k nails thru
Have used this model extensively on the job, many tens of thousands shot thru, but this one must have been made on a Monday. Absolute fail, nail stuck so hard (running at 100 psi) even disassembly is impossible. Never seen anything like it. Not sure if taking it to get repaired is even worth it. Gently and then less gently tapped, pried, pulled, etc., all to no avail. Got most of it out, but the last .05" still jammed. 4" angle grinder is looking more tempting every minute. But it sure was great while it lasted.... for about 1000 nails.
