Crafter's Companion Guillotine/Trimmer for Paper and Card Crafting Projects-Small, Grey

This little guillotine is giving me such joy. So small and light and easy to use but gives the sharpest and straightest cuts. It's really sharp and the scoring board is so useful. Perfect for making greetings cards. And an amazing price too.

For a quite inexpensive product, this is excellent. Having only just received it, I have used it only a couple of times but it is a pleasure to use. Nice accurate cut - the blade is VERY sharp - and fits well into my quite small craft room... I think its great value for the money and as well as a cutter it comes with a scoring tool, so doubles as a scoreboard too..

It's easily transportable, excellent cut and added score lines, saves carrying score board. Good value

This is an excellent guillotine for small projects and takes very little room on my craft table. It is very sharp and you have to be very careful to ensure the blade is fully up otherwise it drops down and can easily cut your finger if you get them in the way. The quality is excellent value. I really also like the fact that the flat bed of the board is over 15 cm. The downsides are the score lines (which I use ensuring paper is straight) is in 1/4 inch increments not centimetres increments which I prefer to work in when matting and layering and also if you use the scoring function you end up with dots along your score lines. It would have been better to have the lines both ways for measuring but only have the score lines in one direction and to turn the card

This is great, so much better than slide in guillotines. Much easier to get an accurate efficient cut, quicker too. Small size is great for me to use when making prints to put on cards A5 and smaller. Nice sharp blade. It has a grid to score cards too with accurate measurements. Brilliant!

This is an amazing guillotine. Very precised and easy to use. Easily portable and light to carry…an essential in my toolbox!

The plastic arm is bowed outwards so the attached steel blade does not line up correctly which wont allow clean cuts. The cutting edge is not a true 90° either. Trying to trim thin delicate edges is a nightmare due to the plastic guide moving about. If you need accurate straight square cuts then this isnt for you. Thought it would have been better quality at this price range really.

I love this guillotine and I am happy I bought it. The size is good for my bible tip in pages so I couldn't be happier. The blade is very sharp and designed very well the chances of cutting myself are very limited. When cutting, especially small areas I recommend pressing down the clear plastic that you slide the paper under. Once you hold that down, when cutting pull the blade towards you gently, no pressure. This equipment needs gentle hands not rough handling otherwise you won't enjoy the guillotine or experience its full potential. 4 pages or less when cutting depending on their thickness but less is better for longevity of the blade and better cutting precision. I highly recommend this guillotine.

Love this. It is a great size and is small enough to be taken with me to any classes I go to. Love it for its ease of use. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

Es una maravilla, el filo de la cuchilla es muy bueno, el tamaño de la base de corte es suficiente para cortar cosas rápidas, yo llegué a cortar hasta 6 hojas de 75 gramos juntas y una cartulina de 300 gramos y pasó sin ningún problema, tiene una base de plegado con líneas de .50 cms cada una, tiene una regla con pulgadas y centímetros, me será muy útil, la recomendaron crafters con experiencia y me encantó, gracias!

Came in a damaged box. Looks like the product had been used before

Certo non sarà di qualità come le tedesche che sono tutte in metallo, c’è molta plastica e la vedo poco robusta, ma il suo lavoro lo svolge bene: basta avere un po’ di attenzione in più.

Hallo, es ist ein hübsches Gerät. Doch leider stimmen die CM-Skala nicht. Bei jedem cm sind die Millimeter-Abstände unterschiedlich. Das merkte ich leider erst, oder zum Glück, beim genauen Arbeiten. Ich wollte 14,7cm und das habe ich mehrmals gemessen und geschnitten und leider passte es nie auf das zu werkelnde Stück. Dann nahm ich eine andere Schneidmaschiene und da war bei 14,7cm immer alles okay. Dadurch habe ich das Problem erst richtig entdeckt. Naja ich bin eben von vornherein davon ausgegangen, dass es bei cm wohl nichts falsch zu machen gibt. Ich hoffe, dass dies euch weiterhilft und das es nicht zu lang geschrieben ist. Also weiter frohes werkeln. Tschüssiii
