Not bad. At first glance it looks good. But when you take a closer look you can see that the manufacturer uses REALLY CHEAP parts to make the shift knob. But my passengers don't notice so I don't mind. If you are picky and you have expensive taste then DO NOT buy this knob. Go directly to lexus. Looks good and seems to be good quality material. About the same weight as one one. Pretty identical in size. When I first received, the leather had a puncture and it felt loose so I tried to return and buyer sent me a brand new one free of charge and I decided to keep it. Just make sure you don’t over tighten!

This is by far the best $20.00 ever spent on a vehicle, I can barely distinguish this part from the original. When you consider that the OEM unit is 10x the cost, that makes this even more amazing. Buy with confidence.

There are many different varieties. perfect fit replacement. It was so easy to replace it. has instruction. I think i can give one to my moms car as a gift.I like decorating my car cuz i spend 2-3 hours of my day in it. Shift knob is something you touch always, that is why it becomes older easily compared to other items in the front. I have seen steering wheel cover matching this knob but it was out of stock may be i will order that too. i saved a lot.

As close to perfect as possable
This was an almost perfect match to the factory cherry wood in my 2008 Lexus Es350, It took less than a minute to install. Had it in for a couple of months now, seems good quality.
