Practically usage issue but product is very good and durable.
Review after using it for more than 1 yr.Product is very good, durable , good quality.Practically , it is difficult for an elderly person to pull it up back after hanging all wet clothes. The pipe racks becomes very heavy. Single pipe pulley would have been better I felt.

Okay okay product. Not as sturdy as I expected. The rope, especially , is disappointing. I think the rope will wither fast; the plastic is not that great. Overall an Okay-okay item. Let’s see how long it lasts….
