A great item. Very useful to dry the clothes. Seems a sturdy item and easy to handle. But drops of Ac duct water had shown signs of rusting on the rods. Can be careful.

I am writing this review after facing a few issues related to a missing product and installation: A big thanks to the seller for taking quick action in delivering the missing product. However, I would recommend improving the packaging to avoid missing items during transit. There was some delay in installation, but with the help of the executive team, everything went smoothly in the end. Thanks for the support! The product is really strong and heavy — if you’re not comfortable with lifting heavy items, I’d suggest going for the single version instead.

I received the product with missing part and when I called them, they refused to send me anything.. rather asked me to buy it from market.. also the quality is also very poor

It absolutely good. But one thing we need to think about is after putting the wet clothes on that sometimes it becomes very heavy to pull the thread. But if you use washing machine with dryer then you can just go for it
