Number of Items:1 Making pancakes and waffles for breakfast has always been a family tradition for my kids and me. If we could have them every morning we would. Even one of our beloved pets is named “Pancake”! After our Paleolicious bread was created, we started trying new family favorites and created the best Paleo pancakes ever! When we first made them we didn't realize they qualify as KETO! All of our products have to go through a strict taste test….my son. He loves them and if this picky 10 year old eater approves, you will too! We believe everyone, no matter what their body dictates due to allergies, illness or diet plan should be able to enjoy as many foods as possible. We stand strong in our belief, if you can’t pronounce all the ingredients, you shouldn’t eat it. We are committed to providing the best tasting GRAIN FREE, GLUTEN FREE, PALEO, KETO PANCAKES and bakery items with all fresh, high quality, wholesome, natural goodness, you would expect of home made. Always maintaining our integrity to our products, the ingredients we use, our impact on the environment and minimizing animal product as much as possible is our promise to you. Enjoy! Did you know you can make Keto sandwich wrap/tortilla's with our pancake mix? Yes that's right! Use water instead, which we suggest for the pancakes as well and add a little extra to make batter thinner. Pour onto greased griddle as would for pancakes, but let each side cook longer until they have more of a tortilla texture. Sprinkle with some sea salt and YUMMY! Our Paleo/Keto Pancakes do not bubble when ready to flip like traditional pancakes, but ours do not burn easily either. Very easy and so pleasy! Want another idea? Miss guacamole and chips? I know I sure did! Take as many Paleolicious Tortilla's as you like and slice it into triangles. Place them on a cookie sheet, spray triangles with coconut oil cooking spray, sprinkle with sea salt or garlic salt, and bake & flip at 350 until triangles are stiff! ENJOY!

They're good. But not quite as low-carb as they seem. Here's a recipe!
Good mix, good ingredients, and good pancakes or waffles. You can either make a lot of little pancakes (or waffles) using the mix in the bag, or a few large ones. Some reviewers don't like the taste. I do. I wonder if those reviewers may have used some kind of nut milk that didn't work well with the other ingredients. The recipe is pretty vague about what to use for liquid. I added a mixture of water and heavy cream, and used xylitol instead of the "optional" sugar. I like the result, they tasted good. For the oil, I've tried cream or olive oil; they both work fine.Re: the claim that they're low carb ––– yes and no. I know this is an obvious point, but it depends on the size of the pancake you make and how many you eat. If you eat just a couple of very small pancakes, then sure, you'll be having a low carb meal. But don't fool yourself that you can make a big plate of pancakes using this mix and be eating a low carb meal. However ––– you can mix it with some other ingredients that I've listed below to make a genuinely low carb version. Here's my recipe for REAL low-carb low waffles, starting with this mix. Since you're only using 1/3 of a cup of the mix to make several waffles, the bag will last a long time. And you can eat a big plate of waffles because they'll be genuinely low carb.1/3 cup mix1/3 cup oat fiber (NOT oat bran, which is very high in carbs)1/3 cup chia hearts1/3 cup apple pectin2 small eggs2-3 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon of vanilla extractCook in a nonstick waffle iron, preferably ceramic, not teflonSmother in butter and serve with blueberries or blackberries

Best Paleo Pancake/Waffle Mix
This is definitely the best paleo pancake/waffle mix I have found, having tried half a dozen others before. Unlike the others, you can just follow the directions on the package, and the batter turns out great without having to make adjustments (more liquid/less liquid). It's rather pricey, but worth it for a holiday brunch and other occasions.

Excellent
This mix makes a good pancake and you don't even have to add eggs, oil or milk albeit they may taste better with these additional ingredients (but with the added calories). Smooth and no lumps after just stirring with a fork. Also less expensive than Lakanto pancake mix, which is also not bad.

Nice but too little for too much money
This mix makes tasty pancakes. But too expensive and package makes very little.

NOT GREAT AS A PANCAKE MIX AT ALL!
I tried different measurements of liquid to the mix and nothing worked. This is simply too fine to use as a pancake mix. I wasted the entire bag trying to get the mixture just right. Not one pancake was made.

Perfect
I thought these tasted much better than all the other low carb recipes I’ve tried to make myself. They aren’t eggy or odd in texture, and my kids loved them.
