This itself is like a tea ceremony--visual beauty unfolding.---Because I read Maria Loi's book, "The Greek Diet" which mentions the Greek tradition of drinking Mountain Tea at the end of the day, I decided to give it a try to strengthen my inherently weak immune system.----The delicate taste is herbal, pure & fresh as if I found it on the mountain side & gathered it myself.-----This is the most beautiful tea you can drink. This tea deserves a 100 stars rating.

This is the ONE. This is delightful, I’ve gotten this tea where it’s the entire stem uncut and it tasted good but took forever to trim down to this size. The next one I tried was more broken down but the flavor was subpar. This one is the Goldilocks, cut down enough to fit in a tea pot but still amazing flavor

I purchased this because I wanted to try to make traditional Greek mountain tea. I purchased some in sachets - specifically "Evripos Mountain Tea" (ASIN: B00MWATZUC) and really enjoyed the odor and flavor of the first box, whereas the second seemed to have very little of either.I tried just steeping some of these herbs in hot water, and I tried boiling them for about 5m, but in both cases the results were a very mild, but fragrant tea. I would describe it has having a "sweet dry grass" character, and it reminded me a bit of chrysanthemum tea. I specifically like those kinds of teas, so I'm going to keep trying with this one, but generally I don't think I'd buy this kind again. I'd go with loose-leaf instead.

I have tried a few Greek mountain tea products. Three reasons: (1) Fresh with multiple pods and leaves, not just stems as like I had with others, so quality organic, noticeable aroma, superb (2) Price is very, very reasonable, on my second bag already and (3) Supporting a traditional family business and the Greek/English packaging is real and not for show. I hope this helps anyone looking for the health benefits that I am seeking as well.

I have a very stressful job, and at times acutely stressful, and I bought this tea as it is advertised to help with stress and therefore help with focus. It absolutely does relax me in the middle of my 1st cup. I drink this in the afternoon, usually when work and stress pick up. I find myself in a better mood, able to focus more, and even a little bit more energetic. I highly recommend this tea.

To little on the package for the price of $10. The advertising is misleading, it look more on the pictures.
