A better holder
These work much better for my husband then the adhesive stat lock type holders. They stay put and do not irritate his skin.

Amazing! I’ve been using tape for so long because it’s the only thing that keeps it in place. The inside of the strap has a tacky kind of lining so it doesn’t move around your leg and the part that holds the tube keeps it in place really well too. Like others said I wish I had this sooner!

Superb Craftsmanship
I was hesitant to switch from the sticker patch that holds the foley in place even though it kept bothering me and I was going through them quickly because of having to take them off and putting a new one on just to adjust the foley placement on my leg. I was concerned about movement and flexibility of foley when strapped using a leg band.I'm so glad I made the switch to these leg bands. They are very well made, super comfortable to wear, and my concerns about having the foley locked into place were just wrong. These leg bands provide a lot of movement for the foley and yet are secure and held in place. My catheter no longer bothers me and I don't even notice that I'm wearing the leg band. I no longer have adhesive on my leg and my skin can breathe.I can wear these in the shower and after a few days of wearing, it's still secure and does not bother me.I'm grateful that they are washable and reusable so when I change my leg bag (each week) I can change the band at the same time. It's been 3 months with a catheter and I wish I switched over sooner to these leg bands. But I have another 3 or 4 months to go so now I'm more confident that I can continue wearing a catheter without being bothered.Ugo makes great products for sure.

Does OK holding a Foley Catheter - not made to hold leg bags
The straps work OK holding the catheter and keeping it from being pulled and making things uncomfortable. Like others have said, the silicone on the back help keep the strap in position. This is a well made product and can be washed for reuse. I am nearly 70 and still active and working. I climb ladders, push mow the yard, paint the house and etc. I have found that the strap will at times try to roll over and and it becomes uncomfortable when it does. The hooks of the Velcro can be uncomfortable on your thigh so be careful when mating the hooks and loops.Regarding the picture from another customer with the red catheter, that is not the correct way to attach the strap to the catheter. The other customer's picture shows the correct way to attach the catheter to the strap.I prefer the Statlock FOL0102 Foley Stabilization Device because it does pivot and can make using a 2000ml night bag at night easier. The Statlock does sometimes cause skin irritation. Just use a lot of alcohol when you removed them and clean the area with adhesive remover. I found that Uni Solve 402300 Adhesive Remover Wipe works GREAT! Also swap sides when you change. I have used latex and silicon catheters as well as different sizes (sized in Fr -french unit of measure, currently 18 fr) and the Statlock FOL0102 is the one the majority of people will need. I still use the Ugo Fix Catheter Strap if I have a Statlock malfunction or unusual irritation.I do not see how this catheter strap can be used for a leg bag because the strap is too wide to go through the eyelets of any of the leg bags I have used. I use Urocare 6380 that are specifically designed to hold leg bags to the calf of ones leg. I usually get about a year of use with the Urocare straps and they work on different brand bags. You can find the Urocare 6380 on Amazon but I think they are overpriced.Complications with prostate cancer left me with a supra pubic catheter and completely incontinent. I use theAbena Pants, Premium Protective Underwear, Level 3 or XL3 along with a TENA Incontinence Guard for Men, Super Absorbency (orange package). The XL3 is the best fit I have found for my body shape. I keep one of the Tena pads in my back pocket and extra in my desk and change them out as needed. I fold the backing down on each end of the pad about an inch to hold it in the diaper securely. I remove the pad carefully to keep from tearing the lining of the diaper. Since I have a drain bag attached to the calf of my leg, I can often get by with just one or two pads and one diaper over the course of the day. I find the leg bag drains better when I am sitting. I have been using this combination for about 4 years after trying every brand that I can have shipped to me. and I'm always on the search to find the better mouse trap for my situation.I'm always looking for a better mouse trap. Good luck with your journey.

I Compared To 6 Other Brands Of Straps And Exclusively Use These
I recently started wearing a catheter (8 weeks ago) and have purchased samples of a bunch of different products. I purchased a total of 7 makes/styles of these leg straps and these are the ones I wear. The others are adequate and a little less expensive ($2.00-$4.00) but the quality is not the same. Some others are foam straps with Velcro attachments, and most others have simple Velcro strips for the restraining straps. I imagine they would "do the job," but I trust these more to not slip when a full bag pulls on them. The "Anti-Slip and Irritation Silicone Grip" is 2 thin beads of silicone along the edges down the back side where it contacts your skin. It's an interesting idea that prevents the strap from digging into the skin. The strap does not slip and is not uncomfortable. There have been a few times when I've switched to my overnight setup and forgot to remove this strap (only noticing it in the morning) because I could not feel it.

Really well-made leg catheter!
This leg catheter works really well for my wife’s supra pubic catheter to be held in place. The leg strap is narrow, but large enough to hold and the Velcro on it is very well made and what is especially good is that there is a nice strip of a Jill, inside the catheter holder strap that keeps the strap from slipping and the strap can be cut to size for any leg!

Better than adhesive
I am allergic to adhesives so using the normal catheter holder was out of the question. This leg band is a great and way more comfortable alternative.
