It’s perfect!!
It’s literally so perfect, I’m so happy with this purchase, totally worth the money in my opinion! I was a little worried because some reviews said that it didn’t fit in their jeeps, but it fits perfectly in my jeep wrangler sport, I didn’t have to move the front seats forward or anything, and the back door closes without a problem! So glad I went with this brand, it inflated so fast, literally took a few minutes to set it up, I’m stocked to go camping!

Exceeded Expectations
We are using the bed in a Toyota 4Runner.Before I review the item, a quick word about Pittman Outdoors. We had an issue with the mattress and their customer service is exceptional. They were professional, responsive, personalized, communicative, and provided us a timely solution. I'm now a customer for life and will recommend their products to anyone. They stand behind them. Thank you, Kym and the team at @ Pittman Outdoors!!!The bed is very comfortable and easy to set up and take down. If you are a 4Runner owner, you know that the bed space is only 66 inches and fill the space behind the front seats folded up. I found that the mattress is tall enough that it allows me to put my head on a pillow on the folded front seats and comfortably stretch out my 6' body. The mattress doesn't transfer much of the movement from another person when they move around, I was expecting this to be an issue and was very pleased when it didn't happen. The air pump is fast, inflates/deflates quickly. The battery can be charged as you are driving, so you will never be out of power. It is a well thought out mattress.

AirBedz XUV - Fits my Toyo 4Runner perfectly
Before purchasing I contacted Pittman Outdoors to get exact measurements of the AirBedz XUV - I wanted something to fit the back of my 2019 Toyo 4Runner when the back seats were folded down (I didn't want to remove the back seats). Length restriction is an issue with 4Runners. The XUV was a perfect fit so I could have it in the back with the tailgate shut (though I have to sleep diagonally a bit, already know that was going to be the case because it's 60" from tailgate to back of the folded down seat and I am 72" tall).I was REALLY impressed with how fast the bed inflated/deflated. I charged the battery for about 10hrs before the first use and tested it about 8 times over 4 days inflating and deflating -worked great on the same charge. I also purchased a separate DC inflatator as a backup for long trips. A recommendation for any air mattress - don't leave it in your vehicle fully inflated, let a little air out as sun & heat will make it expand.Pittman Outdoors was great to work with, delivery was actually a week earlier than estimated. Going to work perfectly for my needs.

Two adults in the mountains!!!
Okay - - so we gave this a try. We went camping and brought all the normal gear just in case...and then set this up in the back of the Jeep. We have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I'm at 5'11" and about 270. For me, it was a bit short.....so we pushed the seats all the way up and I cut some foam to fill the gap. between the seats. I never sleep well the first night...but it was comfy and did the job. We'll probably try another over nighter with just this and leave the rest of the stuff at home.

Needs a Charge indicator
The concept of the internal pump is great. The fit (in a Wrangler Unlimited) is great. This would be a 5 star except... Charging the battery is total guess-work. They warn not to charge more than 2 hours with the optional "car charger." However, you need to charge for 8 hours when it is drained. There is no charge indicator on either the included 120vac outlet charger, or on the battery itself. Therefore when you have it partially charged you have no clue how long to leave it on the charger for a full charge. So when you are going on a multi-day trip this can be a problem. I suggest they buy batteries with a charge indicator integrated in.

So far, so good. Used it 3 nights.
So far, so good. Have used it on one 3 night trip so far. I didn't have to add any air the whole time like I usually have to do with other air mattresses. The rechargeable battery is pretty cool, we didn't have to mess with getting the pump out, etc. Just lay out the mattress and turn it on, boom! Although, you can still use a pump if you wish, or if the battery dies, etc. Deflating it was really easy too, just turn to deflate and let it do its thing for a minute or two. I purchased this mattress for a Toyota Sienna minivan and it's a little small for the van but works. I tucked an extra blanket into the "crack" and was fine. It is on the shorter size, lengthwise. I'm 5'9" and my feet hang off the bottom. However, I'm a side sleeper and it doesn't bother me. Overall, feels like good quality and I'm happy. Regarding the battery, the instructions say to recharge the battery every couple months even if you don't use it. Otherwise, it will stop holding a charge. Not sure if I'll remember to do that. Worst case scenario, I can use my 12v pump to fill it with air.

Mattress requires a proprietary battery that will die if you don't charge it every 4-6 months..??!!
I bought this a year ago to use it for camping. It sat new, unopened, in the box for just over a year. The battery was dead when we opened the box. So I used the charger supplied... Unfortunately, the battery was not able to be charged.I called their customer service, who told me this is how batteries work... If you don't use your car, your battery will die... If you don't use your phone, the battery will be dead... I explained that in either of those situations, you could still charge the battery, and you would be able to use the product. She disagreed and informed me that I need to charge their battery every 3 - 4 months to maintain it, or it will need to be replaced. The replacement battery is $40. Their customer service is sending me a one-time courtesy replacement. I'm happy about that. Given that we go camping once a year, I don't see any situation where I will remember to charge my air mattress battery every 3-4 months. This mattress would have been much better if it didn't require a proprietary battery that will die if you don't charge it every 3-4 months. If I had known about this before I purchased it, I would have chosen another option.
