Not the best, but I’m still able to make what I needed it for. However, I’m disappointed with the quality of the cord. There’s weird color mixed in and a dirty look to the cord. The cord isn’t one continuous length, a lot of it is tied together. And disappointed that it’s not the exact feet you get from description. Overall it’s ok.

I purchased this because I want to learn macrame so I haven’t used it yet. It is tightly spun and less soft than another rope I purchased. It seems very sturdy because it is spun tightly. Because it’s tight, it doesn’t have any stretch to it, which is just something to keep in mind depending on your choice of project. I like that there is so much length for this price! My main concern is if it is like some reviewers have mentioned and is not a continuous piece. As you can see in second photo, there is at least one section where it is knotted together. Since I’m a beginner, I’m going to go with it, but if that landed in a spot in a project, it would be frustrating to either have the extra bulk and knot or have to get rid of that piece.

This rope will be perfect for the project I had in mind! It's a lovely natural cotton. The spin on the rope is tight, so the rope doesn't stretch at all. I am not using mine for macrame, but I can tell that it would be great for macrame, as the title suggests. Out of curiousity, I tried tying a knot with the rope, to see how it held up, and I was really impressed with how well it held. Instead, I am using it to hook a rug. I couldn't believe how perfectly it fit my punch needle (rug hook), and this rope will give the perfect touch of natural simplicity to my work. I can tell it is very durable, so it will be perfect for that. There is more rope on the spool than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise! I won't need to buy as much as I thought I would. Even still, I can already tell I will be a repeat customer for this product. It could be used for so many different purposes. I try to offer honest, helpful reviews, and I honestly can only think of positive information to provide. It's that good.

It's great for the price, would be five stars if it was softer. I use this to make macrame wall hangings, it's a nice clean look, but the ends fray easily so you'll want to tape them while you work with it.

I bought this initially to use for making crochet bowls, and it's perfect for that, but it is also perfect for macrame as it is sturdy, yet soft to the touch so easy to manipulate and easy on the hands. I'll be buying more...

I really wanted to like this cord. It is good quality and easy to work with. It also frays beautifully. Then why 1 star? It isn't one continuous length: the whole spool was 5 lengths joint together. As a result, I didn't have enough cord for my project. I'm debating between buying another one from this seller and risking facing the same problem, and buying from another seller and risking having mismatched color. Wish I hadn't cut it so I could return.

This cord is very soft and easy to work with and a great amount for the price. However it is very difficult to dye. Which is very disappointing because I purchased it to dye it. So of you don't want to dye it this cord will be great for you. I followed all the instructions to dye cord and it still didnt take all the color.

I bought this cord to tie beef for roasting. This cord is surprisingly large. It’s made of cotton so it is easy to tie. You can separate the strands to make thinner cord. This cord is about the size of the shoelace ends. It comes in a very large roll and should last a long time. This can be use for many everyday household use.
