Not entirely, as pictured!
There is no decorative design on the top of the umbrella. It is just plain red. It would have been nice if it had contained the ornamental decoration. Other than that, the product packaging was great. No damage! Beautifully crafted, and will look great in my Japanese Koi Pond!
