I've been admiring gold Miami Cuban chains for some time now, and before I go down the path of purchasing a legitimate gold one for thousands of dollars, I wanted to see how I felt with a much less expensive alternative (I'm not a big jewelry guy). Overall, for the past week or so, I've been very happy with this chain! Here are some things I enjoy, and some things I'm less impressed by. Please note that I have the 8mm 22 inch version. The good: -The chain has a good solid feel -The gold plating appears to be of good quality. I'll see how this holds up over the months, but I've been wearing it nonstop for a week with no wear to the plating! -The clasp is nice and tight, with a good "click" when I connect it -The chain passes the "hang straight test", which I was very surprised by. For anyone who is unaware, this means that when held up, the chain doesn't have any twists or turns in it, and hangs in a straight line due to gravity. -The links are nice and tight Some of the negatives: -The figure 8 arms on the clasp feel cheap and not particularly robust. They help keep the clasp secure, but they wiggle a lot in their setting, and they just don't feel solid -You can see the open parts in each chain link. I didn't expect the links to be invisibly welded like on a high quality chain, and the open parts are nicely hidden, so this isn't a big complaint Overall, for 40 dollars, I think this is a great price if you're just getting into Cuban chains. From what I understand, stores like gld shop and others will charge much, much more for a gold plated piece of a similar level of quality. If you're not getting real gold, don't get ripped off, and get this instead!

Exactly what I ordered the second time since I made a mistake when I measured. I had absolutely no problems returning and receiving both packages. So far I am happy with this purchase and I might update at a later time once I have worn it for awhile. I would recommend this company

Poor quality and definitely not 5-6 layers of gold plating. 3 hours on wrist and color coming off. Have bought others from other companies and lasted 6+ months. Poor product way over priced for what you advertise. Not tarnish resistant at all. 10k solid right next to it have had it 6 years and still looks new.

Clasp is too weak for the weight of the chain. The chain is good looking though.
