The taste is very good. The texture is thick and creamy and not too hard to get out of the jar. I'm going to be stocking up, my goal is to use the honey as an immune booster so I don't get sick and to help shorten cold and flu symptoms if I do get sick. I also take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar daily and that seems to really help me from getting sick during the winter.
