Perfect size for two+people. It's heavy duty enough to not feel cheap and cleans up well. It handles the dishwasher just fine as well.

I love this roaster. Cleans like new with little effort. I have made beef roasts and meat loaf. It is great for medium families.

This is a beautiful roaster, however, it was too small for my brisket. It would work great for a beef or pork roast.

When Thanksgiving rolls around and you decide to get a fifteen pound turkey to roast for guests, this product will not be useful. In my case, I can't remember the last time I roasted a fifteen pound turkey.Now let's talk about the five to six pound beef roast. This roasting pan is made to order for that. It is sturdy, easy to clean and meets all the requirements to turn out your perfect product. Throw in your vegetables and potatoes if you like... add your seasoning and be prepared to have. that feast with a few friends.

This arrived with the handle not welded to the lid. The box indicated the roaster was 19” long but what I received was only 16.5” long including the side handles. This may have been a misboxed product but I would never purchase from this manufacturer again.
