Design Toscano King Tutankhamen's Egyptian Mummy Sarcophagus Coffin DVD Storage Cabinet, 27 Inch, MDF, Gold Leaf

I had set my mind on this piece a few months back. Finally made the purchase. I was anxious about the piece hoping it looked as good as the pictures. It looks great. I could not be happier with it. I love the gold leaf accents. I was nervous earlier when some said it was large than described. Well, mine measure as described. It hope that in the future that I can get the other bookcase of the queen. Very nice purchase. Definitely happy with the quality. It came packed very well. One box with lots of padding placed inside another box with lots of padding. I was impressed. Great job, Design Toscano.

I've waiting for many years to get this cabinet. Finally I got the money together and bought it. When it arrived, it was packaged so carefully and thoroughly, I felt like Howard Carter unearthing King Tut's Tomb, layer by layer. I unpackaged the face area and when I pulled the final layer away, I was literally stunned at the face that seemed to stare back at me!! I'm getting goose bumps as I write this!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THIS CABINET. It is more beautiful than the pics I saw, over the years. Design Toscano is the best. Thank You Very Much.

Sooooooooo..... I am finally writing a review for this as I literally just opened it - lol. It is a lot larger than I thought it was - a lot. So my initial location for it had to be re-evaluated. I initially had it in my hallway but found that I had to do the electric slide to get past it and that was just inconvenient. I found another place for it and it looks good. There are faded marks on it so I am not sure if that is supposed to be that way, but it is not enough for me to want to return it. The bookcase stands 6'5" tall and is about 26" wide and about the same depth. The 'bookcase' inside is very small, so it will not hold large books but it will hold books. Please see attached picture. The other side will hold little knick knacks so I might store my extra candles there (I am a candle fanatic). I also put a picture from a front view. Despite that, I really love it as the theme for my living room is Africa/Egypt and it goes really good with the color as well. I have ordered many things from Design Toscano in the past and I have been very happy with their products. I will order from them again, but I will probably get something smaller - lol!

This little case was my Christmas gift for me. It came wonderfully packaged as all Toscano items are. It’s a lovely addition to my Egyptian replica collection. The features are beautifully done. So many replicas look freaky but not this guy. Unfortunately I have to keep it away in a corner so my cats don’t bother it.

So beautiful. It arrived quickly and smells great. It’s high-quality. My only complaint is that its storage capacity is unnecessarily limited as a design flaw, which also contributes to its weight. I wonder if that is for sturdiness? Some of my CDs don’t actually fit in here—you know, non-conventional jewel cases from indie labels and such can be put in at an angle but that wastes space. Maybe it’s time I trashed the jewel cases and used this cabinet to store something else.

I have always wanted one of these so when i saw this for sale i had to have it.The detail to this is so beautiful in my opinion worth every penny, delivery was quick too less than a month, i am a happy person owning this.

This piece is small but very worked and detailed. I put it on top of a sofa table and the detail is very visible. Really well made and is a great display piece. Definitely would recommend to buy!

Excellent piece of art work, couldn't be more happier. It looks much better than the picture of it above, if you know the facts you will appreciate it even more.
