good all-around sphygmomanometer
It's extra long - I've been looking for it for a few years, knew they existed, couldn't find them, and then one day, voila! it was right here on Amazon. I like it a lot because a lot of people who need a "large" cuff don't have a lot of length in their upper arms, they're just obese, and using a large cuff on a short upper arm is next to impossible. Also, large cuffs are difficult to inflate and they break frequently. This extended length cuff avoids those difficulties.
