The Forbes / CFA Institute Investment Course: Timeless Principles for Building Wealth

I started working in finance last year and have been debating taking a CFA in the year future. Having never had any significant exposure to finance (I'm a software guy), I found this book very easy to read and very enlightening. I've read multiple other financial books in the last few months, and I think this is the best one to get a person started in the field (especially for personal investors).

Very easy to understand and very interactive! I like how this book also lets you go online to read extra chapter guides and quizes you online via the website that the book provides! Thanks Forbes for your awesome book!

Written well by creditable entities. Good content and do not require an MBA to understand the material. Would recommend to anyone looking to start managing a little of their own money.

I would rather have; a hard read,but easily understood book than an easy read that was hard to understand. Especially when it pertains to growing my portfolio. Upon completion of this course I found myself thinking more positively regarding position and role the stocks I choose to ride with.

This was a good refresher and it came in on time and in good condition.I have already taking several courses in finance and this was a great review and recap of the fundamentals of markets and the basics of finance.

Know Investment Principles.Irrespective of your age and years of stock trading, this book will help you uncover the mistakes you made because you didn't know the essential principles of investing. Very good book. I had read parts from a book at the library and decided to buy my own for info and reference.

Great book on learning the basics.
