I bought this to replace a similar one my mom had. For the cost, it’s a good value. It looks nice and works well. The battery seems to last longer than her previous clock.

The box was pretty. Made by Bulova. I couldn't believe my eyes; how beautiful this clock is. The perfect size, the perfect color. It is a quiet tickless clock. It chimes on the hour. I set mine not to chime between 12:00 a.m - 6:00 a.m. it is a beautiful chime. It is loud enough, I can see the time from across the room. I am so happy with my purchase.

Very nice looking clock . Directions need to keep up with factory changes . My clock does not have a switch that will make the night time silence feature work . It only moves one click ON or OFF . Although my clock not only plays the Westminister Melody but counts the hours with 1-12 strikes . Reading other feedbacks that say no hour strikes setable silence hours it seems like you get what you get . Other than that it is a real nice clock .

I bought this mantle clock as a gift for my lady. She LOVED it!The face is large and easy to ready, while being elegant, yet understated.The chimes sound much more realistic than the videos of the clock would make it seem and it does, indeed, chime the hours (you just have to wade through the rather convoluted setting procedure).The veneer is of great quality and the finish is rich and even.When my lady opened it, she got a little misty. It really is that beautiful.

Chimes beautifully on the hour and keeps good time. You can adjust the volume and it's pretty.

After looking at several mantle clocks I selected this one for its size and elegant appearance.After two hours it stopped.Exchanged it for another because I really liked the excellent craftsmanship and appearance.This second one ran for 2 minutes before stopping. Tried everything to get it started including calling Bulova tech support. Still waiting for them to return my call.Don’t know whether to try a third one or order a different one.Dave MUpdate:I did go for a third one and it is perfect!Incredibly accurate

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is an absolute wonder in our home. We love the chime and then the tolling of the hours. Has added a very nice vibe and I can’t imagine anything better for the price. Sounds absolutely like a mechanical clock.

Very nice appearance and great chime. I really like he ability to silence the chime at night.
