Good priced product, easy to install and look wise great.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product a few days ago and it was delivered yesterday. The packing was really good and sturdy.After initial inspection, I thought the sliding arm was fitting in a cross angle and I thought this was a defect. But after contacting the seller, he explained to me that the cross angle was actually required for holding the door shut, it was apparently a "startup closing pressure". He also patiently explained the process of fitting the hydraulic machine.After that, I followed the detailed instruction manual and my mother and me were able to fit this hydraulic door closer within 20 minutes. It was that easy. No technician or carpenter required as long as you have a screw driver and a drill.The machine is working fine. It also come with two screws for closing and latching speed adjustments. It also has a "hold door open at any angle" feature, one that I found quite useful.Really pleased with this product.

Using it for last 2 weeks in our banquet hall doors. The product is perfect. Very easy to install and operate. Very much satisfied. It has a built-in locking feature which enables the door to be kept open for longer period when needed. No need to install door stoppers. Also the speed adjustment feature is very easy and effective. If your requirement is to keep the door open for longer period of time, this slider system product is to go for. Hydraulic door closers will not work.

The media could not be loaded. It’s definitely cost friendly, but people, don’t be fooled by its price. Within 1 month of using this product, the lock that holds the door at a 90 Degree position broke, obviously due to poor workmanship or soldering . I contacted their customer service and after 7-10 days of useless waste of my time, they chose to refuse the warranty claim stating that it’s due to accidental usage and demanded Rs. 400/- for the replacement.My question is , is there any rocket science that goes into using a door closure installed over a door? Simple push and release !What kind of accident is he talking about ? I would like a tutorial on how to use a door closure plz. Attached are the image and video that clearly demonstrates the exceptionally funny situation. I will donate your product to my carpenter and Esther buy a premium brand which will not abandon warranty claims and customers in the middle of nowhere with such silly, funny and deceitful attitude.

Installation was little bit tricky as I dont have a wood driller bit. The Template was very much useful though. The product is heavy but very durable. Not suitable for light weight doors. The latching and closing speed can be adjusted easily. The lock system is good. If you have a driller with wood drill bit, fixing this would be very easy. Will update again after few months of use.Update: the rivet that holds the stopper broke after a few months of use. Requested the seller for a replacement of stopper but no response as of now. Without the stopper (lock) function the product is rendered useless.

Compared to the other closers which i used earlier i found this to be smoother operation and hence very silent. also i could use the magnetic door stopper which was preexisting in my door as the closing force was not very violent when door opened fully. it closes smoothly but not delayed and with slow latching movement for last 10 degrees (both speeds adjustable).It also has a hold open arrangement which could be adjusted to keep door open at desired angle. Also is aesthetically appealing than the conventional closers with the channel on door frame and single connector to door.only issue which i foresee is that the runner inside the channel is of hard plastic make which may not last due to the wear and tear over prolonged usage. hence 4 stars for sturdiness. Conventional closers are all metal with no runner. Was easy to install with the provided diagram and i could do it with a power tool and screws. The channel is to be fixed on door frame and requires around 1.5 inch width.

This is my second purchase of Madhuli's Hydraulic Pelmet Door Closer. I installed it myself. It works good as assured.
