Good luck with tech support
Spa pack is good BUT if you have questions or setup issues HydroQuip/Balboa will not talk to you (liability issues) unless you are a dealer. So they refer you to a dealer but they don't really want to help because they didn't sell it .

Exact replacement, good fit.
The connections are slightly different from original and the directions are vague. I guess I expected the directions to say (ie) place plug 1 into socket 1. Be careful on making your connection, you can plug the pump in the wrong location. Other than better directions it works as advertised.

No instructions
No instructions or manual of any kind were included and support window was closed by the time i got around to installing it. I am unsure who to contact t since balboa will only communicate through their licensees

Don't buy!
Never worked! I had my licensed pool and spa guy hook it up and it never worked! I contacted seller and he said oh I know exactly whats wrong and I tried what he said still don't work! Return window closed so I've tried to contact Balboa by email and calling for over a month with no reply!
