perfect, except damaged
It arrived in a padded envelope but apparently who ever in Amazon shipping just went ahead and bent it to fit in a smaller package, unbelievable. But it's a 5 star item, high quality for the price, just the right size, and because it was one piece I was able to straighten it pretty much.

This is a well built ladle.I like the long handle.It doesn't appear to conduct temperature, as I had expected.I recommend it.

Just the thing for my metal melting fun
I needed something to scrape the slag out of a crucible of melted metal.As soon as I got this, I used a Dremel to cut the end of the bowl off and turn it into more of a scoopWorks great

for the fact it could be useful for a crazy deep stew. Long, great material, good size server.
