This chow is great quality and the roaches love it. They grow nice and fat with this food and consequently, my dragon has no problem eating them when gut loaded with this stuff. :)

Although the tiny larvae will eat this fine powder, my adult breeders will not no matter how long I leave it for them. My colony size drastically shrank due to them refusing to eat it.

I have bought chow for years for various bugs, mice etc. EVERY brand I have used for insects you mix with hot water allow to set up various things. This has no directions on Amazon none with product. So who knows !!! Tried dry they do not eat it. If I were to mix no clue of how ? No place to get info. thus product is GARBAGE WASTED MONEY !!!

If you add honey to the roach chow my hissers will eat it until its gone.

Dubias used to come running as soon as I put some of this feed in their bin over the years. Now they ignore it. The new recipe even has a different smell. The serving of feed I put in their bin is still almost the same size, weeks later. This means they must not like it.

My male Dubia roaches shuffled over as soon as I spooned some into their dish to inspect what I'd just given them. After a few initial antennae waggles, they tucked right in! I count that as a great success! It's not stinky at all, and it comes in a nice, light-resistant black bag that you can reseal to keep the chow fresh. I highly recommend this chow!
