Great at fighting many cancers!!!!!!!

NEVER chew Vitamin C, it's an acid that destroys the enamel on your teeth!!!Since it is soluble and fights cancer, mega-doses are okay and time-release keeps giving your body some vitamin C however long a pill lasts. Take as many as you want, every 8 hours (if that's how long a pill stays in your system). One of the SUPER-antioxidents!!!

Tablet vs. Capsule

I didn't notice in the small print that these are TABLETS. CAPSULES are much easier to swallow. Take notice when you order what type is in the bottle. Otherwise you may be scolded by your spouse... like what happened to me! She only like supplements in capsule form.
