I use this every morning in my tea -- mixed with organic heavy cream, 1 tsp. of organic raw cacao powder and a scoop of Prebiotic Fuel. It mixes well with a milk frother. This organic MCT oil has no discernible flavor, but I get the excellent benefit of starting the day off with healthy fat for the brain. This substitutes for my breakfast and the fact that there is no sugar in this concoction means no spikes in blood sugar 1st thing in the morning!! This MCT oil is 99.2% C8, the most important for brain health. I've been using this brand for the past two years and plan to keep on using it.

I like pudding MCT oil in my coffee every morning. It gives me energy and keeps me satisfied until I am ready to eat breakfast. It has no taste and I cannot tell it is in my coffee. I do not get an upset stomach with the use of it.

I like this oil for my keto diet. It's hard to eat enough "good fats" and this oil fits the bill. It doesn't have a harsh taste so it's easy to add to other foods without changing the taste. I'll be making this oil a pantry staple now.
