Amazing book with a lot of detail. Also the book as a material is of a high quality.

The description of the book matched exactly to what I received. The book was clean, no writing in the book or on the sides. It came before the time expected and I liked how they shipped via FedEx so I was able to track when it might arrive. It came shipped in a brown paper sleeve type packaging, but surprisingly it was very sturdy even though it wasn't big like a box. I would definitely purchase a used book from them again.

The book covers a lot of material with worked examples. Very nice. The endpapers are inexplicably printed upside-down. The paper is as thin as newspaper. Many pages are stuck together with bits of glue on the edges. Nothing is too difficult to live with, but at this price I would expect top-notch construction, but it has the feel of one of those gray-market foreign products. Should be much better.

I hope your teacher uses this book. It's truly EASY to read. It's as easy as watching a TED talk or YouTube video. It feels like someone is talking to you in person. I've struggled with physics in some ways, and I haven't FULLY completed this textbook yet, but it's quite welcoming. Not like my calculus book. Definitely one of the best physics texts out there. Read, study, get an "A" :)

Not sure if I just got lucky or if this is common of this particular seller, but the book I received is in perfect condition when it was listed as “Used-Good”. Very impressed. As for the book itself.. it’s definitely a calculus based physics textbook. Haha

Arrived in as advertised condition

I actually read the entire text. Very readable, equations and problems are easy to understand, and seems to be a great reference that will go on my bookshelf.

La primera vez me llego sucio y roto pedí el reemplazo y me llego en muy buen estado. Con respecto al contenido del libro es muy bueno contiene todos los temas de física, ideal para bachillerato.

The 10th edition have way less problems per chapter than the 9th edition. So if you’re looking to take the best of this text , its better to buy the 9th. Ive read the preface of the book and saw that they reduced from 3600 problems ons the 9th edition to 2000 on the 10th edition, with the others 1600 been available only if you pay for their webassing . You have no reason to buy this edition if you're looking for problems.

I ordered this book and it delivered same day on prime. 5 stars for Amazon. Just now got around to looking at it. The front cover of the book says "Physics for scientists and engineers. Serway Tenth edition". Which is exactly what I ordered. However ... The first page inside the book says "Fundamentals of Biochemistry. Life at the molecular level. Fifth edition". Definitely NOT what I ordered. The rest of the textbook too, is all bio chemistry. This is NOT the physics textbook that the seller advertised. I Fail to understand how this mistake can happen. The publishers of the books are not even same, so I'm sure it wasn't a publishing error This is a bio chemistry textbook with a physics cover. Completely useless for the physics class I ordered it for. Complete waste of time and money. It's like ordering Harry Potter and receiving Lord of The Rings in a Harry Potter cover. Would give 0 stars if possible
