Loving this Manual!
I have recently been introduced to the world of FemDom and FLR, and found myself at a point in my life where I know absolutely nothing about functioning in this type of relationship, but what I have experienced I love the nature of this lifestyle. So I headed online to learn as much as I could, including of course checking Amazon's book options. I came across this manual and thought it looked alright so I bought. I tend to lose interest in things easily if they don't include some interactive component, which Mistress Fairbourne's manual does with it's worksheet sections. I did find that the worksheets are geared more for an established couple embarking upon this journey rather than the new single Domme, but none the less the information is good, to the point, and allows exploration of the Domme's feelings regarding this journey. It is an easy read, though densely packed with plenty of information. I think if I had to choose just one book as a new Domme seeking guidance, I would pick her book.

Mixed feelings, but some good ideas.
The first chapter on 'boons' (erotic favors) had some good thoughts. I didn't get much at all out of the chapters on quests/tasks, punishment, or especially role play. The orgasm control was well wrotten and thoughtful. The idea to write reflections is especially well done. The author over-emphasizes punishments in my opinion. If this is for 'nice' girls they simply are not going to be comfortable with that, and frankly neither am I. Not into that sort of play.I took the ideas and ranked them for my wife to get what I thought of them.1. Exciting-let's do that.2. Interesting- open to trying it.3. Uncomfortable- discuss and negotiate.4. Unlikely- probably not!5. Distasteful-crosses a hard limit for me. No way!Just sayin'

Perfect For Curious Women!
I haven't finished the book yet but I'm in love with it so far! It's perfect for those interested in having a female lead relationship, and for women that's even remotely curious about being a little bit more dominant in relationships overall. Excellent read!!!

For women of dominant INCLINATION, a must read.
Insightual into the submissivenss of a submissive male. For today's strong minded independent woman, the submissive male is her man. For a man that worships you and truly really sex desires to be your slave, he's a keeper.

This is the one to give your girlfriend
This book is fantastic! And for the price, it's 1/3 the cost of others, yet 300% better!! I've read some of the others and they are too simplistic and lacking the psychological depth that Lucy brings out in this read. If you are a guy and want your woman to understand how you feel about submission, this is absolutely the manual to give her!

An excellent and non-threatening Female Dominance guide for a vanilla wife.
The book is easy to read and inspiring to establish/maintain/develop caring dominance within a loving couple. I liked the fact that it focuses on both partner's needs. It does an excellent job of demystifying various BDSM concepts in a non-threatening way. Discipline is well-emphasized, and the author provides many alternatives to establish Domestic Discipline, helping a wife to be guilt-free for training and disciplining the husband. It contains many clear examples of activities, enhancing a Dominant/submissive relationship. It is a handy guide for establishing a Femdom household.

Women's magazine tone, friendly advice but woman pleasing
You could do a lot worse than this book, which takes the tricky problem of a beloved male partner asking you how to dominate him, and takes it further than merely pleasing him.If you already identify as a dominant or don't have a partner who is pushing for male submission this book might not be for you. However its deep and constant respect for the readers own needs and desires make it better than the the average "how to dominatrix" guide.See this book as a limit respecting femdom-to-vanilla translation manual. It won't be as helpful for a female dominant who'd do it without her partner being the main advocate.
