Not worth it
We bought these for a camping trip. The drive was 2.5 hours in an air conditioned vehicle. We followed all directions. But the time we reached our destination the packs we already starting to thaw. They did keep our food cold enough where nothing spoiled but it was a little disappointing. I could have just used the ice packs I already had with the same outcome.

TEST THEM BEFORE SHIPPING COLD/FROZEN ITEMS! Didn’t even last 5 hours!
Idk how this has such good reviews. Did ppl not test these before using tj for shipping? I bought these to use for shipping chilled items for my small business. I decided to take a row of cells & test them before actually shipping products w/ them.. glad I did. They didn’t even stay chilled for 5 hours in a thermal lined styrofoam shipping box, let alone frozen. I left the box in my living room at 72° (so not even in the summer heat or in a hot mail truck) So yeah… pretty disappointing. I’m sure these will work fine if you’re just trying to keep a cooler cold for a little while…(like less than 5 hours. lol) But I think normal bags of gas station ice would last longer in a cooler than these. I’ve had medical instant ice packs last longer. So if you’re looking to ship chilled/frozen items. Keep looking. Bc I would NOT trust these. Especially if you’re shipping food!Update:As I was boxing this back up i decided to count them & it seems that I’m missing an entire “page” of packets. I only used one row (6) as a tester before I used them for shipping chilled products. (They don’t stay cold so I will not be using them to ship chilled items) Yet I only have 120 cells/packets. So that means I’m missing 18 cells/packets. I bought the 144 pack… So make sure you’re counting how many sheets/cells you get when you open them. I would never have noticed had I not been unsatisfied w/ this product.Double update:I decided to go back & try these again. Maybe I did something wrong.. but nope. Same outcome. The second time using those same cells didn’t even last as long as they did the first time. 4hrs & 33min before they were completely warm. Same exact conditions. Styrofoam shipping cooler in a thermal box. Kept in my living room that’s about 72° .. not even mimicking the summer heat. So yeah, it seems they may degrade w/ every use. Either way they still don’t function how they’re advertised. So yeah, I originally gave this 2 stars. But knocked it down to 1 when I A.) didn’t receive the amount I paid for & B.) went back & re-read the listing to make sure I didn’t misunderstand what these were meant to do/be used for & realized that they’re specifically advertised to use for shipping cool/frozen items… specifically food & beverages. they’re also advertised as staying cold for 48hrs+ .. yet they didn’t even last for 11% of that time frame. I followed the directions (even if they were very vague & out of order) & repeated the process both times they failed to preform as advertised. Maybe the row I picked was defective… who knows. But yeah. Wound not buy or use again.

Magical!
Purchased this particular one based on another reviewer who wrote about using them to keep meat frozen cross-country. Purchased it to ship refrigerated medication.Didn't need that many but it was a good value. They come in a sheet with perforations so you can cut them to suit your particular need. Directions were easy to follow and they worked as described. I can't wait to use them for everyday use in a small lunch cooler and I love that they can be used repeatedly. I plan on taking them when we cruise so that when we go sightseeing we have something to keep drinks/lunch cold since it will be easy to soak them in a sink and pop them into the freezer in the mini fridge. Why even bother with normal ice packs any longer?
