What are the spice ingredients? Worried about irritation.

I don’t know the spices. I found this sausage not as tasty as the Suzuki I’ve eaten in Turkey. If you are worried about stomach irritation, I don’t think this sausage is for you.

How long can this product keep at room temperature? Can it last 4-5 days shipping?

Yes you can definitely keep it at room temperature at least four or five days but it comes in the package with the cooling pads anyway so you don’t have to worry about anything that it’s gonna go bad or anything like that
