Q: Will this work on a griddle grill

I haven't use it that way, but I think it will work; I use mine on charcoal grill and camping grills and it works perfect.

Q: Can this be used with an induction hot plate?

No. This unit is made for charcoal and gas grills. My advise to you is not to use it with an induction hot plate. Rolling it across those hot coils may cause a fire or short out your hot plate.

Q: Can I cook chorizos (Argentinian sausages) on it?

As the chorizo sausages usually aren't straight like hot dogs, it probably wouldn't work. The hot dogs were fine in the roller rack and came out great but they were straight and fit nicely into the rollers. I wouldn't try to put bratwurst sausages in the roller rack because they would be too large and not straight. Hope this helps.
