9 days in to taking the recommended daily dose of these supplements and I can confidently say my energy levels, whilst they haven’t sky rocketed, have been more stable. I’ve experienced less of the the usual mid-afternoon slump; I’ve got more drive to tackle jobs around the house and my sleep seems consistently better; Fitbit sleep tracker confirms it. I realised only two days ago that I’m also waking up without the usual aches and pains, and these symptoms are apparently also mitigated by Magnesium Citrate. I’ll continue to use this product until I’ve finished the supply, and if the benefits continue, I’d definitely order again!

Putting aside the wacky product description ‘945 mg’ - these are 440 mg capsules with recommended dose of two per day = 880mg. For me that dose would be too high and cause the runs and digestive problems. However, just one taken at night gives me the BEST nights sleep. Even after some wine which would generally make me restless and sweaty thru the night, one of these means I sleep proper deeply and wake feeling refreshed and happy. These tablets have eradicated menopause/post menopause sleep misery. Highly recommended.

I have been taking this magnesium supplement for 2 years now, so it's about time I wrote a review. Magnesium, everyone is talking about it! I started taking it as I wasn't sleeping that well and this has really helped. I take 2 capsules about an hour before I go to bed and it really does help me switch my mind off so that I can fall asleep. I also find I have zero aches and pains when I wake up. Also, I have an under active thyroid and one of the side effects of that is constipation. This magnesium helps everything work well in the morning - but in a nice gentle way. Love that they have now also changed the packaging and these are vegan too.

Great product, does what it says on the tin

I trust Nutravita with most of my supplements after trying various brands. These are a great size compared to other companies. These have also really helped with digestion.

Firstly, my delivery for a UK made product was poor from Amazon. It took 6 days and came from Europe. Secondly, I actually have concerns about dosage and advertising on bottle. Packaging seems of good quality. Capsules large but easily swallowed. Dosage per capsule is 220mg yet bottle advertises 440mg elemental magnesium. Regulations for supplements may be different to that of medication. Additionally 440mg on top of what you get if you have a healthy varied diet is far too much for an adult male. Reference: NHS. I think you would be very surprised at how much you actually consume from having a varied diet. I can understand necessity for some of issues people have but I would seriously do your research properly before taking these otherwise you will suffer from side effects to include stomach cramps and diarrohea. I will use these very reservedly to aid sleep as necessary and only 1 at a time. Jury is out at the moment.

These help me sleep so well. Usually I wake up several times in the night but since taking these, Ive been sleeping straight through.

Ho trovato questo prodotto cercando qualcosa che mi aiutasse per la mia carenza di Magnesio che, soprattutto in questo periodo dell'anno, mi provoca grave spossatezza, sonnolenza, pesantezza alle gambe, dolori ai polpacci. Spesso si riscontrano questi problemi e si pensa di non poterli risolvere, quando invece c'è solo bisogno di un buon integratore! Quindi, spulciando tra i commenti e leggendo dei vari prodotti, mi sono convinta a comprare questo barattolo di Magnesio Citrato della Nutravita. Il pacco è arrivato in 2 giorni lavorativi: la confezione si presenta subito ben fatta, con contenitore scuro per conservare al meglio le pastiglie all'interno. Svitando il tappo vi è un'ulteriore protezione del prodotto con incapsulamento di carta. Le pastiglie sono di colore bianco, lisce al tatto, il chè ne garantisce una buona deglutizione: ciò non è scontato perchè sono piuttosto grosse (dimensioni circa della classica compressa di Paracetamolo 1000mg); il sapore è neutro. Riguardo ai benefici, sono stati evidenti subito dalle primissime assunzioni: io prendo 2 compresse la mattina appena sveglia con un bel bicchiere d'acqua. Sparita la sonnolenza, l'affaticamento eccessivo, i crampi ai polpacci e anche la dolenzie delle gambe. Come potrei quindi non dire che ho trovato questo Magnesio Citrato dell Nutrivita un ottimo prodotto?? Lo consiglio!
