Exactly what it should be.
Perfect fit. Already had the door panel apart and this motor went in just like it should on my '16 compass. Excellent parts great price.

Make sure you know the ( RH ) is for the position of the plug.

Ordered front drivers as the description said. Got front passenger. Made it work with existing parts and still, after 6 months continues to operate well.

received the wrong unit. shipping and quality were ok
They sent a unit for the passenger side door. I had to change the gear unit to make it work. Clearly not what I had in mind.

This didn't fit for 2016 Jeep Compass driver's front door. I had to return this part.
