It's your typical slideboard. Nice quality, don't have to worry about it being unfinished or slivers. Definitely recommend

This slide board is just like the one we learned to use in the hospital. The one we received through insurance was horrible and had splinters. This board is nice and varnished and heavy duty. I am able to use it for my 200 lb husband.
