Breast reduction! Buy!
I bought several brands and this is far the best for breast reduction surgery.Bra goes 4 inches past incision, as to not sit or rub on them.

Worth it!
The fabric used is sheer, so I’d recommend wearing a button-up shirt, zip-up hoodie, or a robe when wearing it. It fits comfortably, however I haven’t had my surgery, yet. I was also given a post-op bra from the surgeon, and I have to say the MACOM Bra seems a lot nicer! The one given to me isn’t the right size, super thick and bulky, and looks terrible. The MACOM Bra is way cuter in comparison and actually fits me. I love that they designed the fabric to have room for your new boobies, and it’s not itchy like the cheap one given to me. I hope this helps! Good luck on your surgery!

Great post-op bra
I searched high and low for the right post-op bra and this was it. It was one of the only bras I tried that didn't hit my incisions (it fits more like a brami). My only real issue, and the only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars, is that the bottom is extremely snug on me. I initially thought I needed a larger band size, and I ordered the next band size up, but it was still very tight (and the rest of the bra was too big on me). It's pricey, but it was great as I transitioned away from the bra the hospital sent me home in!

best post op bra
got this to wear after a breast reduction surgery and it is the only bra that stays put and doesn’t ride up and irritate the incisions. i ordered based on my under-bust measurement and fit is perfect

Expensive for what you get
Was not one thing I liked about this bra. Looks more like a bandage when it is on and is see thru with little compression. Would not have kept this even if it had been less money.

Most comfortable post surgical bra of the few I have tried
This product is very comfortable while providing support. I highly recommend it

Bottom Band Rolled Up
I really like the idea of the bra being more long-line so that it’s not on the incisions, however within an hour of wearing it the bottom began rolling up because the elastic is not wide enough. Anytime I leaned back it would roll. It didn’t last more than a few hours before I gave up.

Comfortable
Very glad I bought 2 of these bra’s, it’s been very comfortable and supportive. Having to wear them 24 hours was easy. It does have lots of little hooks but I quickly got used to them. now 8 weeks after surgery I’m continuing wearing them until all the swelling has gone down and can look for a prosthetic to fill the space that will be left in a standard cup sized bra. The under arm did rub a little on the lymph node incision but I just put a stitch in to hold the fabric away. Recommend!

Perfect
I was concerned when I ordered as it didn't go by cup size I am usually an f or if but it is a perfect fit to the point that I ordered another one in a different colour. Very comfortable and excellent quality.

Sizing is incorrect - be careful when ordering these items
The bras are constructed well, but, the sizing is wrong. My wife (whom I ordered these for), is normally size 32", so that's what I ordered. She found the bras to be very uncomfortable, which, being post-surgical, is not what you want. We had to return the bra, and opted for a 36", which fits her fine. I contacted the seller to advise of this issue, but had no response. I would recommend that potential purchasers order two sizes up, to avoid disappointment, and returns.

Pricy but worth it
I tried out various brands for a good compression bra and this one is by far my favourite. You can easily wear it under clothes and it is not showing. Also I find it very comfortable.
