Beaver Craft really makes high quality simple designed whittling knives. The handle is well sanded and easy to hold. The blade is incredibly sharp, even after hours of my mediocre "art work" I really love that the blade has its own leather sheath too. With the blade being so sharp, its very helpful to have a cover before putting it away.

Hubs carries it daily with his pocket knife. Well made. Pretty. Good value.

Our son couldn't be more proud of his new purchase complete with handsome, belt-ready sheath. Beaver Craft even includes a couple of their own branded finger bandages... very thoughtful! However, for this very sharp, very pointy knife, we have our son using safety gloves (purchased separately)

Good size, comfortable in my hand...but wasn't delivered super sharp. So far, my limited sharpening talents have only helped a little. It's OK and will be used, but I don't think it'll be the go-to knife I was hoping for.

You're going to have to take it to the strop before first use, otherwise I think it's a great knife for the price. Comfortable grip, smooth handle, quality blade. Should last a while if you take care of it.
