Q: Im 5'8" and pretty thin. Should i go for a small or a medium?

Definitely a medium! It shrinks a bit after a wash.

Q: How big is the 4xl? I'm 5'10 with a 29 inch waist and I'd like it to be pretty over sized.

Not sure about a 4XL but I ordered an adult S and it is about 2X smaller than a typical size Small shirt. The quality of the material is not great either, I have not washed the shirt yet but it looks like the type of material that will shrink even smaller.

Well I'm 5.5' and 147.7 lbs and I bought M and it fits loose
