Is 1 tube of dye enough for dying hair a bit longer than shoulders length? Or do I need 2 tubes?

Depends on volume of hair, I use just to do roots and then dilute rest with water to refresh mid lengths and ends on medium hair below shoulder. I use 1/1 with peroxide for permanent or 1/2 to use as a semi permanent.
