This is the second set of ink cartridges that we have purchased from Greenbox and we are very pleased with the print quality and value. We will be repeat customers!

This remanufactured ink works well. It lasts a good amount of time. The printer registers the ink cartridges.

Oh my gosh this saved my homeschool budget!! We are homeschooling our 4 kids next school year and buying the PDF for curriculum is cost effective and easily reproducible for a larger family. I spent over $100 for the regular size combo pack of genuine HP ink. Absolutely ridiculous. I saw this and took a chance and it is wonderful! My printer HP OfficeJet 5255 recognized the Greenbox cartridges as "Genuine HP ink previously used". I hit okay and it worked!! The print quality for what I need it for is perfect. My kids are literally going to be writing on it, cutting it apart, and coloring on it. The color is vibrant enough to enjoy and distinguish from eachother. Honestly if I hadn't laid the two papers next to eachother, I wouldn't be able to tell a difference. I will absolutely buy this again!

I have used Greenbox for my HP printer ink needs for a long time. The last set of 63XL did not chip properly and are useless for me. Has anyone else had recent issues. As I buy them in advance to be available when I need them, I am out of my return period.

Had to buy these again recently because the ones I bought in January quit working. Thought it was too soon so I was worried it was the printer, but bought more ink first to see. New ones work, printer works fine. Will have to see if these last longer than the others. Aside from that, ink and color quality is great.

I originally wrote a 2-star review for this product because this brand used to work no problem with our old HP Envy 4500. I tried to buy some cartridges for the Officejet 5258 all-in-one printer and they did not work. The printer couldn't recognize the cartridge. After writing my review and returning the faulty cartridge for a full refund, Greenbox customer service quickly reached out to me and courteously offered to send a replacement cartridge, explaining that manufacturing defects are an unfortunate inevitably (this is true even with a genuine HP cartridge). They sent the replacement, free of charge, and it works like a charm. I will be purchasing these cartridges again in the future. Even though HP sends you a bag to send back used cartridges so they don't end up in the landfill, I think this is a better alternative for the consumer because these are far cheaper than HP cartridges and work just as well. I also prefer these cartridges to some other refill options (like Costco) because in the long run this has been more reliable for us.
