I bought them based on the reviews alone, and they're exactly what I was looking for! Newly chemical-conscious, I wanted to replace my old warped, discolored plastic containers with glass. These came carefully packaged and in perfect condition. The glass is thick enough to be sturdy without being too heavy or bulky, and the lids are airtight. I had soup in one of these in my lunchbag, and it fell off my car seat and landed upside down. It had to lay like that until I got off the highway, but when I picked it up, the lid hadn't budged. There was no leaking. And all the containers are like that. My food stays fresh!The variety of sizes was also a big selling point for me since I use these for lunches, leftovers, and snacks, and any extra ingredients left after I've cooked something (i.e., half of a can of black beans or a few tablespoons of tomato paste.)I'm very happy with this purchase!

We have a cabinet full of about 50 plastic food container lids and maybe 10 actual containers. We purchased these because it seems less likely the kids will throw away glass containers, plus glass won't stain or warp. These containers are good quality. The glass is thick, the lids snap on easily, and they look better than plastic tubs. When you snap on the lids, it looks like they don't cover the entire container, but they definitely do. The day these arrived in the mail, we threw out the tower of useless plastic lids taking up shelf space. We will be purchasing a second set very soon (we thought there would be no need to use more than 15 containers at a time, but it's actually typical for us with leftovers and pre-chopping food). If you're not sure about the price/style/whatever, just do it. These are great!

Love these glass containers. Easy to clean, stack nicely for storage. Don't stain, tight seal on lids. A little awkward at first to figure out how to close the lids, they fit exactly on the container, but once I figured it out..it's a snap, literally! :). Size selection is just right. I always had plastic and will never go back to that again.

Great food storage set and very affordable. I purchased one set previously and loved it so much I decided to purchase another two weeks later. The glass looks to be great quality as I have not had any problems with my first set. The second set however had a couple of broken and chipped containers upon opening the box. My guess is that the box was dropped either at the warehouse or during shipping as the box it came in had no warning about it containing glass. I contacted the company directly (info inside box) for replacement and received my replacements right away and a little extra. This was easier as Amazon wanted to me shipp the whole set back to get a new one.I would purchase again in the future if needed as it keeps my food fresh for longer.

C Crest did an amazing job in packaging!!! Very professional and packed tight. Each piece individually wrapped and fit perfectly! =) nice to have various sizes to close from. Glass is thick and easy to serve from oven to table and stores really nice in freezer. Love these! Great value, great product =)

When my husband and I first got married, this was one of the things we knew was a must. Get rid of all the discolored mismatched plastic containers, and get a nice set of glass ones. So I did my research, read the reviews, analyzed my options, and ended up on these ones. Overall, they're a (decent) set of glass storage to get rid of all your old tupperware. There's a variety of sizes, and the value is present simply for that aspect.However, I have to say based on my experiences these are DANGEROUS. I was reheating some leftover curry, and scooped the food out onto my plate and started eating while we watched "The King" on Netflix. Had it not been such an enthralling movie, I might have noticed sooner before the *CRUNCH*. I bit down on a shard of glass that had somehow chipped off. THANK GOD it was in just the right way to where it didn't cut or stab me. I had a moment like that from "Oculus" when she thinks she bit into a lightbulb, and I slowly, butt-clenchingly walked over to the garbage can to carefully spit it out. Truly horrifying to think about. And mind you I am a VERY gentle person when it comes to my more essential everyday-use household items. Only wood or plastic utensils on the nonstick pots and pans, hand wash only, including knives from the knife block, etc.I should have been more alert when the first chip came off at the very start. I attempted to stack the smaller ones into the bigger ones for easier storage, which did not work and a small chip came off of one- so I boiled it down to my own negligence. Little did I know, these are just THAT prone to chipping. Or at least mine are. Needless to say, from then on I stored them inconveniently in lid-on bulky fashion. Also, for those wondering, the first chip was NOT the same one that chipped into my food. Separate instances on different containers weeks apart.That being said, they've still held up for the couple of months I've owned them, namely through my husband taking them to work and leaving them to roll around on the floor of his car. So basically the variety and ease of cleaning has made them not be a COMPLETE waste. My only other issues are the lids can be quite difficult to secure unless they're absolutely PERFECT when you align them. Haven't had any issues with the clips breaking, however I'm still being cautious of the possibility.My overall suggestion and honest opinion; you can probably do better, even for the price. Mine are simply past the return date, and I'm too stubborn to rationalize outright buying a new set.

These containers are better than expected; the glass isn’t too thin or thick, it is just right. The bowls also have a slight rim around the top edge which helps with picking them up when using potholders. The sizes are varied. The lids are very easy to get on and off, which helps my elderly mother-in-law get into them without assistance.

I love that I can freeze food, cook in the oven, warm in my lunch warmer. The refrigerator and freezer look nice and neat. Less dishes to wash since I use the same container to refrigerate or freeze and heat food. Good for health to not use plastic, and good for t he environment.

We have been using these for about a month now, and these glass containers have been great. They clean well, have prove durable so far, and the locking mechanism is very secure (though sometimes a bit difficult to lock). We had a minor issue when we first got the product - one of the lids had a detached clasp. It seemed to be a manufacturer's defect. In the box however was the Crest After-Sale Warranty insert. I followed the instructions and emailed their support team about getting a replacement lid. There was a couple of emails between us, their replies all very professional and helpful, and all our emails were answered within an hour or two of being sent. They ended up sending me a complimentary set of four dishes! Fantastic customer service done the way it should be. Kudos to their support team. Since then, we've been using the dishes daily, have found them very useful, and have had no issues. I highly recommend this product and the brand.

I love this set! The containers are perfect for leftovers and I have not experienced any leakage despite using them for a variety of foods. I have put them in my freezer and have used them in the microwave (but have not tried them out in the oven yet so far) with no problems to speak of. Comes in a good variety of sizes and shapes (both rectangular, square, and round). Easily washable with no deterioration of the lids. I find it's best to snap down the shorter ends of the lid first in order to have them snap on easily on the first try. Have already bought a second set as a gift for my boyfriend. Would definitely recommend!

Great variety of sizes. Sometimes the kids dont fit properly but otherwise good for the price.

only thing is, on first use one of the snap lids broke, otherwise I would recommend to everyone

I bought these two years ago and over the course of two years I've had maybe 20% of the glass bottoms fracture around the bottom of the lip and shed small glass chips. We've treated them gently and everything else about this is excellent. Today I pulled a piece of glass out of my mouth about 1/2 inch long - I guess it fractured off of a small base? I'll be throwing the set in the recycling bin - too much risk with this low-quality glass.
