I am military currently stationed overseas, so I was nervous about this computer shipping from the states. When it arrived, I was happy to see how well the computer was packaged. After setting it up and performing the initial setup I was happy to see that it booted just fine and and was running smooth. The computer itself is very quiet and it has plenty of LED lights which you can control with a little remote control they include. This remote lets you change the colors and such.Something that was confusing was in the product description of the item on amazon it says i7 processor, but in the title it says i9. I can assure you mine arrived with the i9 processor and the i7 is listed because of failure to update the product information from a previous model.The GPU mine came with is a EVGA Geforce RTX 2080 Ti and the temperatures have been fantastic even when running high intensive games.Overall I am very happy with this computer and I would recommend it to anyone! I am curious about the processor so I called CyberpowerPC and spoke with e-commerce tech support on 8/6/19 and was told it came with i-9. So I ordered but when PC showed up had Core i7 9th Gen sticker on the case. Of course my kid setup PC and used before I discovered sticker? What gives now not sure what processor I received? I know at least $130 difference in price? Nonetheless, the pc I received is working great and my kid and his friends love the item. Just wish I knew exactly what I received in way of the processor.

Had this almost a year and decided to write a review. One fan, 1/2 LED went out. Does it matter? No. Otherwise. Exactly as you'd expect and everything you'd want from this type of a machine. Plays everything at highest fps/graphics settings and stream at same time. Would buy again 100%

I have been having problems with this computer ever since i started it and it has only gotten worse now whenever i start it i get this weird artifacting on my screen colored lines and stripes everywhere i cant play games without them crashing and whenevet i do get a game working i get horrible fps

Rgb lightening are not working. The 2080ti is overheating to 85 degrees celcius. 1 of the fans isnt showing up on bios isnt working. I sent back the computer. Will reorder in order to get a better build because they messed up this one. I hope theyre giving me a good PSU to support all the specs and rgb this time. The pc wont even boot and fans will fail if you try to optimize the pc to overclock slightly

The radiator fan was tightened too much at the back, it make noise when you play game. after I loose screw, it work fine.

No complaint's so far. It's a great product and I'm very happy with the purchase.

This item arrived clearly used. The fans in the video card had white dust build-up of what appears to be about six (6) months worth. Returning this item immediately.
