My new methodology for eating lots of vegetables while I'm busy working is to cook a bunch of vegetables on the weekends (I'm into pressure cooking them, but steaming also works for me and my sensitive gut), and freeze them in portion sizes. I put the cooked vegetables in these 500ml containers and freeze, then take the frozen portion out and put in a larger container in the freezer. Then I can use the containers to freeze another type of vegetable. They store in minimal space.

Nice bowl, good quality, convenient, space-saving. Only complaint is the lid doesn’t fit securely on the bowl, so that limits it’s usage.

I love this howl it’s perfect for my optivia diet.

I take my lunch to work every day, and keep food in flimsy plastic containers that probably leach BPA into the food whenever I microwave it. But, with this bowl, that's not a problem. Works great, collapses to the size of a CD, easy to clean.Fits easily into my RTIC Day Cooler 6 lunch box.Only issue is it discolors after a bit, but that's nothing that affects how it works.
